Our screen printing process involves using the traditional plastisol inks. These inks are best used to achieve vibrant colors on the garment. The ink sits more on the surface of the fabric, instead of being embedded into the fabric like water-based inks – and then heat cured. Plastisol inks are also the best ink used to match any PANTONE® colors.
When you choose All Aspect Printing for your custom screen printing projects, you will get an outstanding product that is long-lasting with the brightest printed colors. Our shirts and apparel are not only high quality and affordable, but also durable.
How much does screen printing cost?
At All Aspect Printing there are five variables that we base our prices on:
- Quantity
Due to the extensive setup process involved in producing a screen print project, the more shirts you order, the lower your price per garment will be. - Garment Type
For almost every garment type we have an inexpensive, mid-range, and high end option, and there are many styles to choose from – not just t-shirts! - Location
Each location requires new screen setup for your print. A single front print only will always be cheaper than a front, back and sleeve print. If you’d like to see a gallery of apparel print locations, click here. - Number of Colors
The number of colors used in a design affects the production time and setup for each location. A one color print will be more affordable than a four color print. - Project Deadline
Orders are produced on-demand for your due date. Garments needed in a few days from your order placement date will be more expensive than those needed in a few weeks.
